So ye aaj kal ki community mein bohot common hai aur ye ek lifestyle disorder hai, usually iske saath logo ko motapa hota hai, blood pressure hota hai, kuch logon ko sugar hoti hai aur kuch logon ke lipids bade hote hain aur kuch logon ko blood pressure bhi iske sath hota hai.

Agar hum ye saari cheezein kar rahe hain to ham ek bohot hi bhayanak liver disease se apne aap ko bacha sakte hain, apne baccho ko bacha sakte hain. Jaise ki aaj kal fast food ka bohot jyada fashion chal raha hai. Hamare bache aur hum log bohot jyada fast food khate hain aur on the same time sab logon ki jo activity level hai wo kam hota ja raha hai. Mostly log aajkal phone mein ya whatsapp mein ya email mein ya Facebook main jyadatar busy rehte hain.
haririk vyayam, sharirik exercises kam karte hain, games jyada khelte hain, tv Jyada dekhte hain, video games jada khelte hain aur ground per khelne wali games kam khelte hain Iski wajah se obesity ka incidence ya motape ka incidence bohot jyada hota ja raha hai aur yeh fat hamare liver mein, heart mein, dimaag mein, sab jagah par deposit hota hai aur sabhi organs ko ye kharab karta hai. So takehome message is that sahi samay par khaiyega, poshtik khana khayega, sugars jo hoti hain wo kam se kam khaiyega, sugar basically hame cold drink se ice cream se mithaiyon se milti hai to ye hame kam se kam khana chahiye aur inka sewan agar karna bhi hai to hame exercise ya workout ke dauran ya uske baad karna chahiye. Raat ke samay sugars kam se kam khaani chahiye aur isse hum kaafi tarah ke motape se bach sakte hain aur roj 40 minute se ek ghante tak ki exercise karni chahi taki hamare body ka metabolism sahi rahe, hamara liver strong rahe aur hum koi bimari aa jaaye to usse ladne ki shamta rakhte hon.
