Lower levels of blood sugar indicate lower insulin levels, which significantly reduces the chances of your body storing fat.

  • lentils: contains 15.6 grams of fiber per cup
  • broccoli: contains 5.1 grams of fiber per cup
  • peas: contains 8.8 grams of fiber per cup
  • raspberries: contains 8 grams of fiber per cup
  • blackberries: contains 7.6 grams of fiber per cup
