If you looking to add a healthy twist to your craving “pan frying” is the best way to enjoy your delicious snack.
“Pan-fried kanda pakoras” are made in an appe pan with the same ingredients as the normal pakoras but with reduced oil. A pan-fried kanda pakora will give you around 20 calories as compared to 40 calories in the kanda pakora.
You can similarly make a variety of your favorite pakoras and wadas in the appe pan and cut out the fat calories!
So do enjoy your favorite pakoras delicacy, guilt-free, simply by pan frying it to give it a healthy twist!
