To sabse pehle hum baat karte hai acne kya hota hai. Acne hamara ek hair follicle, ek sebaceous gland hoti hai uska ek infection hota hai. Jab bhi sebaceous follicle mein sebum ka content excessive ho jata hai to uske andar infection aa jata hai; tab hamare acne bante hai.
