Acne is a skin condition that occurs due to oil secreted in the sebaceous gland. Our hair follicle are clogged with this oil and dead skin cells. It is most common in teenagers though it occurs in people of all age group. In clinical manifestation there are inflammatory lesions like nodules, papules, postures etc. Non-inflammatory lesions like comedons, macro comedons, sub comedons etc.

Also, there are post inflammatory scars which are found on the face. It gives you very ugly look and that's why I want to make you aware to take care of your skin. The treatment depends upon age, type and severity of the condition. In my patients, I have found chemical peel tube gives wonderful results. If you want to keep your skin healthy then follow few tips in your daily life- wash your skin at least four to five times with cold water, don't use harsh soap, keep away from irritant cosmetics and walk at least 30 to 45 minutes daily.
