We all have grown up watching vomiting and craving for pickles as the foolproof sign of early pregnancy detection that used to put a smile on everyone’s face. Every pregnant woman might have wished vomiting to be just the pregnancy confirming sign that should have ended right after breaking the big news. But life isn’t fair and is definitely not the bed of roses. Pregnancy can be tough for many and vomiting and nausea is there to make it tougher.

While many pregnant women just have the symptoms during the initial days, others have to live with it throughout their pregnancy. To stop vomiting, popping pills isn’t a smart idea and should be switched with something more natural and with no side-effects (only in normal scenarios, not when medical attention is needed).
