Explanation: normal bp is 120/80 to 130/90 for normal healthy people.
The people using bp medications or people with age more than 50yrs old then we can consider 140/90 as normal. So, blood pressure (bp) if high or even low can cause severe ill effects to a person's body.
If bp is high:
