Is Low BP A Matter Of Concern?
Answer: yes!

Explanation: normal bp is 120/80 to 130/90 for normal healthy people.

The people using bp medications or people with age more than 50yrs old then we can consider 140/90 as normal. So, blood pressure (bp) if high or even low can cause severe ill effects to a person's body.

If bp is high:

  • heart diseases
  • stroke
  • blood clot in brain
  • brain tumor
  • kidney and other organs failure etc might occur.

If bp is low:

  • heart diseases
  • fainting
  • unconsciousness
  • dizziness
  • lack of concentration
  • weakness
  • easily tired
  • body aches
  • muscle and bone pain etc occur.
