Kidney Relate Problem And Its Transplant

I am Dr. Vimal Dassi, consultant urology and kidney transplant. Aaj mein baat karunga end stage renal disease aur kidney transplant ke bare mein. End stage renal disease yani kidneys ka irreversible tor par puri tarah se kharab ho jana jahan par hamein kidneys ke function ke liye 1 support system ki jarurat padti hai. Gurdo ka disease involvement aaj kal bohot jyada common ho gaya hai the reason being diabetes or blood pressure hamari society mein bohot teji se aur bohot jyada fayl raha hai to lambe samay tak diabetes ka hona, lambe samay tak blood pressure ka hona ultimately kidneys ko involve kar deta hai aur kidneys ke function ko kharab kar deta hai. Once patient is suffering from end stage renal disease, ek baar jab gurdo ka puri tarike se function khatam ho gaya uske baad hamare paas options jyada nahi bachte hain. The options that we have is one is dialysis, joki ek hemodialysis ho sakta hai ya peritoneal dialysis ho sakta hai and second is kidney transplant. Dialysis ke apne limitations hote hai, the quality of life is not maintained upto that extent aapko hafte mein do ya teen bar dialysis karani padhti hai aur dialysis ka ye role hota hai ki jo body ke toxins hote hain aur unko sharir se bahar nikal deta hai aur uska effect do se teen din tak sharir mein rehta hai.

So this is not a long term solution it is a short term solution jo ki aap kuch samay tak chala sakte hain ultimately fir dialysis ki bhi jo apni complications hoti hai wo sharir mein dikhne lagti hai, sharir mein aane lagti hai. So jo final solutions aise patients ke liye hai jisme quality of life bhi acche se maintain kiya ja sakta hai that is the kidney transplant. Kidney transplant mein apke patient ke jo bhi rishtedar ho unke related aadmi ho unki matching kidney nikal kar ke patient ke sharir mein lagai jati hai jisse patient ka jo renal function hai, kidney function hai wo pahle jaisa hi ho jata hai aur patient apni roj-marra ki jindagi mein puri tarah se wapas normal dhang se aa jata hai. Jo patient jo aadmi apni kidney donate karte hain wo bhi ek kidney par normal dhang se reh sakte hain unki quality of life mein ya unke sharir mein roj-marra ke jo karobar hai Jo zindagi us par koi khaash fark nahi padta hai.

Kidney transplant aaj kal kaafi saare centres mein hota hai bahut common hai jo uski requirements hai wo ye hai ki dono patients ka aur donor ka blood group match hona chahiye aur agar blood group match nahin bhi hota hai to aajkal usme bhi advancements aaye hain jisko ABO incompatible blood transplant bola jata hai, jisme ki ek non-compatible joki donor agar hai jinka blood group match nahin bhi karta hai patient ke sath aise aadmi ki bhi kidney li ja sakti hai jisme recepient ke blood mein plasmapheresis kafi sare vidhiya hai aur techniques hai istemal karke is prakar banaya jata hai ki wo react na karen ek non-related, non-same group blood group wale kidneys. To ye sari jo advancement hai particularly jo hum log dekhte hain aajkal patience jo hamare paas aa rahe hain kaafi young age mein hi gurde ki problem leke aa rahe hain to isliye hamari society mein transplant ki awareness ko jitna jyada ho sake isko badhana lazmi hai jo sabse badi mushkil hum log jo aaj kal face karte hain wo ye hai ki jo donors ki ability nahi hai, donor patient ka relative hi hona chahiye to isliye aur jyada pareshani ho jati hai kayi baar patient ke mother, father wo bhi diabetic hote hain aur wo log bhi is paristhiti mein nahin hote ki wo apni kidney ko donate kar paye.

To iske baad jo dusra option hai wo ye hai ki hum log cadaveric kidney transplant jyada se jyada promote karen cadaveric mein matlab jab kisi patient ki brain death ho jati hai ya jo ki aage nahi rahe sakte, hum log apni society mein itni awareness aage badha de ki kidney donation ka jo ek program hai braindeath ke baad mein usko jyada se jyada logo tak ye message pahuncha paye so that hamare nahi rehne ke baad bhi hamari kidney kisi shakks ke kaam aa jaye. Yeh saare cadaveric jo kidney transplants hai baharr ke deshon mein to kafi jyada awareness hai iske bare mein aur kafi ho bhi raha hai but unfortunately hamare rituals ke karan hamari society mein hum log abhi tak isko jyada propagate nahi kar paaye hain but aasha hai ki samay ke saath-saath dheere-dheere hum log bhi is cheez ko aage propagate karenge or hamari society mein jitne bhi hamare aaj kal patient burden hai jeetne jyada patients kidney transfer transplant ke liye hain aur jinko unfortunately kidney donors nahi mil rahe hai us cheez ko hum log kiske dwara compensate kar payein.

To idea ye hai ki saare logon mein jankari ho jaaye kidney transplant ke baad patient 1 normal life ji sakta hai, donor ek normal life ji sakta hai isliye jyada se jyada logo tak iske awareness or ye message chale jaaye so that log unnecessarily umar tak aur saalon apne dialysis par bita-bita ke apni quality of life and apni overall life survival ko bhi impact na karein aur transplant ke dwara apne sharir mein ek nayi kidney lagne ke baad jo quality of life ko improve karake normal jeevan jiye.
