Aaj hum baat karenge lifestyle disorder ke baare mein, sabse pehle main aapko ye batana chahta hoon ki lifestyle disorder hote kya hai aur uske andar kon kon si bimari hoti hai. Lifestyle disorder jo aapki disturb lifestyle ya disturb jeevan shaili ki wajah se paida hote hain, jiske andar obesity, diabetes, high BP, high cholesterol, stress related disease, hormonal imbalance related disease jisme PCOD wagera aate hain. Yeh saree disease or saath mein gastric trouble jisme constipation wagara yeh sab kuch lifestyle disorder ki wajah se paida hote hain. Lifestyle disorder mein hamari jo din charya hoti hai jisme hum subah late uthna, late sona ye saari ki saari jitni bhi hamari problems hoti hai sab lifestyle disorder ki wajah se hoti hain. Lifestyle disorder ki vajah se aab rogo ki utpatti kis tarike se hoti hai, dekhiye jo bhi aap kahte hain, ya jo bhi aap ki lifestyle hoti hai uski wajah se body ke andar vaat pitt cough jo hote hain unme imbalance paida hota hai aur in mai imbalance ki wajah se aapko yeh disease paida hoti hai.
