I am Dr. Yogesh Tandon, Sexologist. Today I will talk about masturbation. Masturbation se koi na koi kisi age mein pidit rehta hai. Ye yuva awastha mein jyada dekhi jati hai. Aaj hum masturbation ke benefits, side-effects, addiction and kaise overcome karein, uske baare mein baat karenge. Masturbation ek normal process and urge hai.
