Hello lybrate-user, you can replace your mouthwash with warm water with a pinch of salt that is hit saline gargle. As even mouthwash contain chemical. Why to use any chemical for linger run.

I delivered my baby 5 weeks ago and is now a breastfeeding mother. During pregnancy I had slight stuffy nose, but it led to severe nasal congestion and post nasal drip after 2-3 episodes of acid reflux while sleeping in the night. I am eating montair fx and using isotonic saline spray to alleviate the symptoms. Please advise if I can continue with montair fx in breastfeeding and how many days should I eat to get relief. I did nasal endoscopy also and the reports were normal and there was only inflammation of nasal passages which the doctor suggested could be from pregnancy rhinitis or allergic rhinitis or non allergic rhinitis or inflammation from acid reflux. It is getting better, but what can I do to find quick relief.

I visited a nearby dentist for tooth whitening of a dead tooth which was turning black. She applied a dental solution to make it white ,but it caused a sensitivity in nearby 4 tooths. It has been couple of months but the problem is sustaining. I was using sensodine as toothpaste in these 2 months. Post that I visited her and she suggested shy nm toothpaste twice a day by applying on sensitive teeth for 10 minutes before brushing. She has given nerve inflammation antibiotics as well to calm the sensitivity down on the selective teeth. 2 weeks ago I delivered my baby. During pregnancy I have started nasal congestion and depending on the otrivin adult drop for 6 months continue. Now congestion still persists. Please suggest some medication for reducing inflammation. I have done endoscopy, there is nothing except swelling (hypertrophy turbinate. One ent prescribes only montair fx and steroid sprays, which are not working. I want to withdraw otrivin.
