Iska yahi reason hai ki hum jyada se jyada logon ko aware kar sakein. Toh aaj hum is video ke through iske baare mein baat karenge. Aaj hum mental health se related misconception ke baare mein discuss karenge aur jo actual facts hain unke baare mein bhi baat karenge. Sabse badi baat ki aaj bhi humari society mein mental health ko ek bahut bada tabboo samjha jata hai. Kayi log pagal bhi bolte hain. Jaise koi bhi bimari kisi ko bhi ho sakti hai vaise hi mansik bimariyan hain jo kisi ko bh ho sakti hai. Iska gender, social ya fir kisi bhi chiz se koi relation nahi hai.
Jaise sharirik bimari kis ko bhi ho sakti hai vaise hi mansik bimariyan kisi ko bhi ho sakti hain. Aisa mana jata hai ki mansik bimariyon ka koi treatment available nahi hai. Iska karan koi neurochemical imbalance ho sakta hai jo humare sochne ki shamata pe asar dalte hain and behaviour ko bhi affect karte hain.
Kuch psychological factors bhi ho sakte hain ki humari personality kaisi hai, kaisa sochte hain hum. Humari approach kya hai situation ko leke. Kuch social factors bhi ho sakte hain jaise koi stressful situation exeperience kar rahein hai ya koi traumatic experience raha ho, toh ye karan hain mental health issues ke. Kayi mental health issues ke karan ho sakte hain jaise kisi ki will power kam ho jaaye ya fir uska confidence kam ho jaaye lekin aisa kehna galat hai ki jo weak hain unhein hi mansik bimariyan hoti hain. Kayi logon ko is baat se bhi darr lagta hai ki jin logon ko mansik bimariyan ho jaati hain vo jayada aggressive ho jaate hain, bahut gusse vale hote hain. Media mein chiz ko bahut badha chadh ke dikhaya jaat hai. Dikhaya jaata hai ki person ka khud pe hi control nahi hai. Jabki sachayi ye hai ki jis person ko mental health issues hai vo comparatively jo normal hain, unke comparison mein bhi normal hain.
So, ye galat tarike se movies and serials mein dikhaya jaata hai. Iske alwa ek aur bhi factor hai jo bahut badi dharana maani jaati hai ki jo psychological treatment lete hain ya medicines lete hain, unmein sirf neend ki medicines hoti hain. Vo pura time sote rehte hain. esa nahi hai, kuch medicines hain jinka thoda side-effects hota hai. Aisa hota hai ki patient ko neend aa sakti hai but aisa bhi nahi hai ki sirf neend ki medicines di jaati hai. Luckily, ab logon mein jyada awareness aa gayi hai, kayi celebrities bhi aab aage aake khul ke iske baare mein baat karte hain, toh ab common log bhi isko leke aage aa rahein hain, aware ho rahein hain, aur khud hi treatment ke lia approach karte hain. So, ye hum sab ke lia jaruri hai ki hum physical health ke sath sath mental health ka bhi take care karein.
