Hello,
first of all avoid using nailpaint it devlope more damage to your nail. Properly cut your nail and remove the dirt. Maintain proper hygein of your nails and nail bed. U can use white veinegar for cleaning purpose as it is very effective in fungal infection. Also seek medical attention and meet with your near by doctor. Don`t treat it by homemade nushka.

Since when r you having this?What r other symptoms that you r experiencing?
By doing what like walking, exertion- itching increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?
It can be because of dermatitis/ eczema or allergy or dryness or fungal infection or psoaiasis etc. I need details of case n preferably pics of affected area. In the meanwhile follow this

It can be treated by removing your nail and trimming some of the nail matrix, which is the tissue your nail rests on. A split nail happens because your nail can't grow over scar tissue. It's treated by removing the nail that's already grown and treating or removing the scar so new nail can grow properly.
