Diet should be liquid, without spices, that should be blunt and protein enriched diet, give fruits juice also, you can go for protein shake also.

Take natural aromatic compounds or aromatic herbs. Put extract of such herbs in water and use as mouth wash.
For example:
herbal mouth wash ingredients 120 ml approx. Of peppermint and sage leaves plus root of echinacea angustifolia
8-12 drops of mint extract

Usually cancer is painless until it involves adjacent nerves.
It can be an ulcer which does not heal for long time.
Especially in those who has history of tobacco habits.
Or family history of cancer.
