External piles me patient ko itching, swelling, pain rehti hai. Stool pass krte time unko bhut pain feel hota hai. Jis ki vjha se vo stool pass nhi kar pate hain. Feeling discomfort while passing stool. Internal piles me bleeding and constipation rehta hai. Aise hi patient me khoon ki kami aati hai. Patient light diet lena shuru kar deta hai.

Jiski vjha se weakness bhi patient me aane lag jati hai. Piles ke 1-4 grades hain. 1st grade andar hota hai or dheere dheere blood niklta hai. 2nd grade me stool ke sath thoda bhut mass bahar aata hai. 3rd grade me mass ko hath se andar krna pdta hai. 4th grade me mass bahar hi rehta hai. Fistula ke sign and symptoms kya hain. Isme swelling, redness, pain, fever and patient is not able to pass stool. Infection andar rectum tak chala jata hai. ye patient to patient depend krta hai.
