To wo kya symptoms hain jinhe apke dermatologists ya gynaecologists dekh ke suspect kar sakte hain ki aapko shayad PCOD ho sakta hai. To ab insulin kyunki important hai PCOD ke liye to wo sab cheezein jo hamari body me insulin bda rhi hain wo PCOD ko bda sakti hain. To agar hum diet ki baat karein to starchy food, food that is rich in carbohydrates aur pasta ya cheesy khaana, ye sab hamara PCOD bda sakta hai. Iske alawa food with high Glycemic Index, ye khaana insulin like growth factor ko bdhata hai aur dairy products bhi insulin like growth factors ko badhate hain. To ye sab cheezein PCOD ko badawa de sakti hain.
Iske alawa aisa khaana jo hamari body me inflammation bda raha hai yani ki red meat ye sab bhi PCOD ko bda sakte hain aur agar lifestyle ke baat karein to iske alawa smoking se bhi androgens hamari body mein badte hain. To ye cheezein quit ya avoid karne se aap apne PCOD ko kam kar sakte hain.
Ab hum baat karte hain ki aap apne khaane me aisa kya add kar sakte hain jisse ki aapka PCOD better ho, Isme sabse pehle hai high fibre food jaise ki cauliflower, beans, daal, ye cheezein aap apni diet mein add kar sakte hain aur lean protein yani ki white meat jaise ki fish, chicken, ye aap apni diwt mein add kar sakte hain, agar aap vegeterian hain to Tofu aap apni diet mein add kar sakte hain ye PCOD ko kam karne me help karega. Diet mein vitamin D aur omega 3 fatty acids lene se bhi PCOD ke liye accha hota hai. Omega 3 fatty acids fish me hote hain, lekin aap fish consume nhi karte to aap omega 3 fatty acids ke fish oil ke capsules le sakte hain. Vitamin D or omega 3 fatty acids lene se dekha gya hai ki ye menstrual irregularities ko kam karne me help karta hai aur ye male hormone ke level ko bhi kam karta hai aur iske alawa Inositol ka bhi important role hai, ye diet mein bhi liya jaa sakta hai ye grains me bhi hota hai aur ye market me bhi available hai. Inositol insulin resistance ko bhi kam karne me madad karta hai.
Isle alawa anti-inflammatory food jaise ki olive oil, walnuts, strawberries ye sab cheezein bhi PCOD ko kam karne me madad karti hain. To kuch aur lifestyle changes jinse ki apko PCOD mein madad mil sakti hai usme ye dekha gya hai ki agar aap 150 minutes 1 hafte mein walk karte hain, which means 20 minutes in a day to usse bhi aapko madad milegi. Iske alawa stress apni life mein kam karna hai, kyunki stress se bahut hormonal issues trigger hote hain aur kuch yoga ke aisey postures dekhe gye hain jo aapke hormonal imbalances ko normalize karne me madad karte hain. To agar aapko lean PCOS hai yaani ki apka vajan jyada nhi hai, to aisey logon me weight loss nhi help karega. To aisey logon ke liye strength training kaam karti hai. To aap strength training karke, apni body ko tone karke aur apne abdominal fat ko kam karke aap apne PCOS ko kam kar sakte hain.
