You should visit a gynaecologist if you are suffering from any of these symptoms. After this patient has to follow strict diet and regular exercise. Medicines have to be taken regularly. More important is to change your lifestyle. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Never skip your breakfast. Keep 10-15 minutes for preparing breakfast. Eat whole wheat, egg, milk, oats, walnuts, yoghurt. Mid-morning snack should be limited to a piece of fruit. Never miss the lunch also. Include vegetables in your lunch. Have dinner on time.
