Post surgery faster recovery avoid taking vat (air) increasing food. Like tea coffee. Drink coconut water from its electrolytes. Khichdi with white butter. Vegsoup with added black gram water or barley water. Chicken soup. Avoid food rich in sugar. Avoid curd n icecream. Chywanprash from the first wk after surgery.
