Wash your fruits & vegetables in salt -turmeric mixed water before using.
Wash your vegetables & fruits thoroughly in water. Dissolve a pinch of turmeric & 1tsp salt in warm water, soak vegetables & fruits in it for 10 minutes before using. It helps to remove infections & contaminants.
