*. Take protective measures when you have to expose to abnormal weather
*. Change from heat to cold and cold to heat should be gradual and not sudden. For example, when you come home after exposing to very hot weather, don't gulp ice cool fridge water immediately. Drinking normal water is better.
*. Avoid sources of infection-mosquito bites, moving with infected people
* maintain personal hygiene and keep your surroundings clean.
*. Drinking lots of water is good. Keep hydrated by drinking water and preferring juicy fruits.
*. Take nutritious and timely food.
*. Avoid street food, fried foods and processed, junk food and eat fruits, nuts, greens, milk and whole grains.
*. Have timely and adequate rest and sleep.
*. Be relaxed and avoid tension
*. Daily jogging or such exercise to ensure good blood circulation which helps nutrients reaching the skin and face. Facial massage will also promote good circulation.
