In this hot and humid environment prickly heat is very common. It is characterised by red coloured rash over chest, abdomen, back and axillary areas. To avoid this condition stay in cool environment, take regular bath (2 times/ day), wear loose cotton garments and apply some soothing emollient such as calamine.
