Life is busy. It seems it is impossible to move towards your dreams. If you have a full time job and kids, it's even more harder.

So if you don't purposefully carve time out every day to progress in diet and exercise and improve- no doubt without fail, your muscle mass will get lost in the bargain of muscle mass reducing with age
