Problems During The Rainy Season!

Monsoon ki vajah se bahut sari ailments bhi start ho jaati hai jaise digestive issues are there, mucous kafi jyada jama ho jata hai hamare nose mein aur hamare sinus mein toh main aapko kuchh home tips bataungi jisse ki hum inn sab cheezon se door rah sakte hain. Specially hum pahle baat karenge digestive issues ke bare mein; rainy season mein agar hum bahar ka khana khate hain especially raw food, cut fruits, pani puri, chat vagarh to isse hume kafi infection hone ke chances hote hai because isme bacteria breed hota hai. Jab air me moisture hota hai toh moisture ki vajah se bacteria ki breeding power kafi badh jati hai. First thing avoid all this stuff, eating from outside.
Agar aapko bahar kuchh khana hi hai to make sure ki aap khana khaa rahe hai properly cooked hona chahiye, sirf vahi khana aap khaye. Secondly, jo bhi vegetables and fruits aap ghar mein use kar rahe hai usko salt water mein blanch kariye taki usko upar jo bacteria breed kar rahe hai use hum kill kar sake. Ab ham baat karte hain ki agar mucous development ho jaati hai jaise aap ka gala kharab hai yah aapko gale mein kharash feel ho rahi hai toh aap ghar mein garam paani mein pipli, thodi si kaali mirch, mulaithi isko acche se ubaliye, isko chaanein, thoda sa usme aap rock salt add kare aur usko aap garam piye 2-3 bar toh usse apka jo mucous production hai vo kafi kam hojaega aur aap better feel karenge.
Rainy season mein agar hum salt jyada consume karte hain jaise kisi bhi tarah ka khana hum khate hai jisme salty cheeze jyada hai, soup hai, Chinese food hai toh water retention hone ki bhi bahut jyada gunjaish rahti hai to koshish kariye ki rainy season mein warm food khaye, soft food khaye namak ki quantity thodi si kam rakhen.
