Hello,

I am Dr. Kaartik Gupta, Psychologist. Today I will talk about sleeping problems. Hum apne clinic mein aise bahut se patients dekhte hain jinko neend ki problem hoti hai. Kayi logon ko neend aane mein time lagta hai, kayi hain jinko neend aa jaati hai but kuch ghanton baad hi neend khul jaati hai. Kayi log hote hain jinki neend subha jaldi khul jaati hai. Agar hum dekhen apna aaj kal lifestyle kyuki humara lifestyle bahut fast hai, kam karne ka time badhta ja raha hai, working hours khatam karne ke baad bhi laptop pe kam karte rehte hain. Toh aise bahut sare karan hain jis se logon ko sleeping problems hone lag gayi hain. Aaj is video ke through hum causes and symptoms ke baare mein baat karenge aur uske baad kya treatment diye ja sakte hain jo dos and don'ts hain. Humein aisa kya nahi karna chaiye jis se humein sleeping problems na hon. Maximum time log laptop ya phone pe hi spend karte hain. Bahut sare log sone se pehle phone use karte hain. Log video dekhte hain, gaane sunte hain, ye sabse bada karan hai jiski vajaha se neend ki problem hoti hai. Agar humari aankhon p light padti rahegi toh hum soo nahi paate hain.

Islia humein apne aap ko time dena jaruri hai. Humein apni body and mind ko shut down hone ka time dena chaiye. Jayada kam karne ki vajaha se jayada jagana padta hai and jis vajaha se logon ka caffeine intake badh jata hai ya fir kuch aur karte hain jo sleeping problems create karta hai. YE major issue hai. Jab tak unhein pata chalta hai ki physical and mental kya affect pad raha hai tab tak bahut der ho jaati hai. Iske alawa kuch neurological changes bhi hote hain jis vajaha se sleeping problems hoti hai. Toh ye basic karan hain jis vajaha se neend nahi aati hai. Bahut saare log hain jo bed pe baith kar khana khate hain, TV dekhte hain. Bed humare sone ke lia hai and humein ye chiz realize karni hai. Bed humein sirf sone ke lia hi use karna chaiye. Bed ke through aap brain ko confusing messages na dein ki aap saare kam ed pe hi karein. Coming to the treatment part jaisa ki humnein discuss kia ki bahut saare lifestyle issues hain jiski vajaha se ye dikkat hoti hai.

So, ab hum dos and don'ts ke baare mein baat karenge. Aap ko light off karni hai bed pe jaane se pehle, phone and computer or laptop use na karein. Apne aap ko settle hone ke lia time dein. Aap jis room mein sote hain, us room ko clean rakhein. Tisri baat 1-1.5 hours ka gap rakhein apne dinner and son ke time mein. Agar aap khate hi sone jayenge toh vo bhi aap ki neend disturb karega. In sab ko karne ke baad bhi agar aap ko lagta hai ki dikkat ho rahi hai toh aap Dr se consult karein. Aap ko medicines di jayengi plus counseling and relaxation exercise batayi jayengi. Iske alawa kya nahi karna chaiye aap ko. Kam se kam time spend karein bed pe baith kar mobile and laptop use karne mein. Smoking, alcohol, caffeine avoid karein. Ye aap ke lia harmful hain. Agar aap ko lage kafi time letne ke baad bhi aap ko lage ki neend nahi aa rahi hai toh aisa mat sochen ki need nahi aa rahi hai. Kyuki aise brain aur active ho jayega.

Agar neend nhi aa rahi hai toh ghadi mat dekhen. Time check mat karein. Neend nahi aa rahi hai toh bed se uth jayen aur koi aisa kam karein jo interesting na ho. Jaise newspaper padhen. Jab neend ana feel ho toh vapas aake so jaiye. Agar aisa hota hai ki ek din neend nahi aayi ya kam aayi toh body ka mechanism hota hai ki use recover kar lega next day. Agar aap ki neend ek din achi nahi bhi aayi toh us se ghabarane ki jarurat nahi hai, koi problem us se nahi hogi and body apne aap recover kar legi. So, main aap ko aaj jo bhi bataya hai, in sabko dhayan dein kyuki ye saari baatein bahut jaruri hain aap ki better health and quality life ke lia. In sab ke baad bhi agar aap ko koi problem aati hai toh Dr se consult karein.
