So there is this thing called 'resting metabolic rate' or rmr which is basically how much/how quickly you metabolize nutrients (yes, fat as well) while you're resting/sitting/chatting/sleeping. Now what if I told you there was a way to increase your rmr? exciting, right! okay, so stop reading this and head to the gym for some strength training ;)
