Super Fact of the Day: It takes longer to lose a muscle, than it takes to gain.
To lose new muscles it takes twice as long if you stop working out as opposed to gaining it. It’s comparatively easier to build new muscle tissues and get your muscles in shape which in fact should be motivation to get started in the gym.
