- You should be daily sunbath at least one hour in the morning because any bacteria kill in temp. So you should be done for it.
- You should daily go for yoga (bhastrika, kapalbhati, some asanas which built the immunity in our body)
- Daily drink warm water whole time.
- If you have some symptom like flu don't be panic go for doctor and proper medication started.
- Personal hygiene maintained.
If you are healthy inward your body no bacteria virus enter in our body.
