Hello friends!

This is Archana Desai. Since 18 years I am delivering weight loss results successfully in this field. Today I will enlighten upon the topic which is very important in the weight loss which many times we ignore and we are not aware of. It is visceral fat. Basically, we have two types of body fats - one is subcutaneous and the other one is visceral fat. Subcutaneous fat is which is just below your skin layer. Visceral fat is in the abdominal cavity nearer to all the important vital organs of your body like liver, kidney, gallbladder, stomach, colon, intestine. When you increase your visceral fat it exerts pressure on the organs and the efficiency of the organs is reduced. We have to take care of this visceral fat. It is also referred to as the active fat because it actively increases the risk of serious health problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure, colon cancer, breast cancer, Alzheimer's disease, heart attack, stroke.

It is very important to get rid of this fat. How to get rid of this visceral fat? Fortunately, this visceral fat is extremely receptive to diet, exercise and lifestyle changes. With every kg you lose, you reduce some amount of visceral fat. Another important factor in increasing visceral fat is the stress level. When you are under stress your cortisol (stress hormone) it increases your visceral fat. Reducing stress in your life as it is very easy to achieve your weight loss goals as well as your visceral fat content. To reduce the stress level into your practice some people tend to eat more. Normally during stress, some people tend to eat more. So instead of eating, with your conscious mind and conscious effort, you can practice meditation.

You can go for swimming, dancing, shopping whatever things you like, you can divert your mind with the stress relieving techniques. A healthy diet which is low in sugar and low in fat will let you reduce visceral fat as well as your weight. Your diet should include lean protein, complex carbohydrates, fruits, vegetables, pulses, legumes and whole cereals. Cooking method such as boiling, steaming, baking and grilling may help you to reduce your visceral fat and your weight as well. For further details, you can always contact me on Lybrate.
