Weight loss tips:

◆ loose weight slowly
◆ avoid crash diets; you tend to lose weight fast but gain it back faster
◆ make water your best friend; have 12-16 glasses water in a day
◆ soda are your worst enemies
◆ focus on regular exercises
◆ do not take stress; start doing deep breathing exercises
◆ avoid hunger: eat small and frequent meals
◆ get plenty of sleep: at least 7-8 hours
◆ snacking in between of meals: have nuts in between meals, to help you feel full
◆ eat at least one protein meal in a day
