This is dietician Nidhi Sawhney, mein iss field mein 2012 se hu. Aaj mein apke liye leke aayi hu topic weight loss. Aajkal ki lifestyle mein ye dekha gaya hai ki bahut logo ko weight gain ho raha hai, kyuki humari socialization itni badh rahi hai hum junk food ki taraf itna bhag rahe hai, wrong eating habits hai, galat time pe khana khana jo humareko weight gain kara raha hai. Ab isse solve kaise karein? Obesity ke sath sath bahut sari problems bhi janam le leti hai, jaise diabetes, thyroid PCOD in girls, PCOS etc. agar hum planned way mein apna food include karte hai diet mein kaafi hadd tak iss problem se dur rah sakte hai. Agar hum planned way mein khana khate hai matlab sahi sahi food sahi ke sath combine karke khate hai food groups toh hum kaafi achcha result pa sakte hai. Humara jo diet plan hai body shape ke according bhi vary karta hai, agar hum apne diet plan mein high fibre rich food include karein toh na hi hum achcha weight loss kar payenge balki hum apne digestive system ko bhi healthy rakhenge. Agar hum apni body mein vo cheeje include karte hai jinka low glycemic index hai matlab vo apko instant energy nahi dete hai toh hum achcha result pa sakte hai. Hum apni life se sugar exclude kar denge, agar hum fruits and salads kisi bhi time pe khate hai toh vo hume acha result deta hai. Apne carbs ki restrictions ko lunch tak hi rakhe aur lunch ke baad light food khayein. Agar apka lower portion heavy hai toh koshish karein ki salt intake ko kam kar de, agar apka sweet tooth hai aur apka sugar bilkul nahi chhodna chahte toh ek se do chammach sugar, teaspoon, aap din mein le sakte hai aur with time usko reduce kar sakte hai. Diet plan ko sahi tarike se follow karne se na hi apke body ka metabolism increase hota hai sath hi aapki body health aur deficiencies bhi thik hoti hai. Agar hum planned way mein khana khate hai toh na hi hum apni physical activity ko enhance karte hai sath hi hum apni, agar hume koi medical issue hai toh usse bhi fight kar sakte hai. Diet plan ko hum according to medical condition banate hai. Aur sath hi apke lifestyle ko dhyan mein rakhte huve dete hai. Agar aap diet plan follow karna chahte hai toh aap professional help karein.
