Winter Season - Things You Should Take Care Of!

This is Dietician Nidhi Sawhney and I am back with the new topic which is the winter season. Aap sabhi jante hai ki winter season approach kar raha hai toh iss time pe humari body jo hai opposite ho jaati hai,matlab humari body ki physical activities toh decrease ho hi jaati hai sath hi metabolism bhi slow ho jata hai. Aksar sun ne mein aata hai ki winters mein hume bhokh jyada lagati hai vo bilkul sahi hai kyuki jab humari body mein food metabolized hota hai toh hume heat generate hoti hai jis se humari body warm rahti hai. Toh naturally humari body humse food mangti hai taki digestion process mein heat produce ho aur body apna temperatue maintain kar sake. Aise mein kya khaye ki humari body ka weight maintain kar sake? Toh aaj mein discuss karungi aisi cheeje jis se na hi aap apni body ka metabolism strong kar sakte hai winter season mein sath hi jo apke weoght loss mein bhi help kar sakti hai. Agar aap subah khali uth ke detox drink peete hai jis se apke body ka metabolism acha rahta hai through out the day toh ye kaafi hadd tak apko help kar sakti hai. Jaise aap ek glass garam paani ke andar apple cider vinegar dalenge aur uske andar ek chutki kali mirch aur cinammon powder dal ke empty stomach peete hai toh hum apni body ko poore din ke liye prepare kar rahe hai. Na hi iss se humari body ka metabolism badhta hai balki detoxification bhi hoti hai aur immune system bhi strong hota hai jis se hume sardiyo mein hone wale flu ya cough and cold se dur rahte hai.

Winters mein aksar dekha gaya hai log soup ki taraf bhagte hai which is a right option, agar hum soup mein khub saari vegetables, sath mein protien in the form of tofu ya eggs include karte hai toh nahi hi vo hume achcha nutrition de raha hai balki hume warm bhi rakh raha hai aur humari body ko sardiyo ke liye prepare bhi kar raha hai. Akasar dekha gaya hai ki log mithai ki taraf bahut bhagte hai jab winter aati hai jaise panjiri, pinia, halwa etc. ye bilkul kahna sahi hai ki agar hum sugar khate hai toh humari body mein heat generate hoti hai, kyuki glucose jab digest hoti hai tab body mein heat produce karta hai. Agar hum yah cheej morning mein khate hai toh na hi hum cough and cold se dur rahte hai sath hi humari body energetic feel karti hai. Toh ghar ki bani hui full grain ki mithai aap bilkul kha sakte hai but wah humesha 12 baje se pahle khaye. Jaise aate ki bani hui pinni ya panjiri ya fir besan ke ghar ke bane huve laddu, jisme humne nuts, dry fruits daale huve hai ghar ka bana hua ghee mein banate hai. Agar hum raat ke time dudh mein haldi, cinnamon powder adrak daal ke peete hai toh na hi hum apni body ko energise kar rahe hai, raat ke repair and tear ke liye, sath hi hum apni body ko energetic bhi feel karate hai aur raat ko neend bhi achi aati hai. Adarak wala dudh peene se sath mein hjaldi mili hui hum cough and cold se bhi kaafi hadd tak dur rahte hai. Bacho ko cough and cold se dur rakhne ke liye hum subah morning mein adrak ki juice aur onion ke juice mein ek chammach honey mix karke denge toh na hi vo cough and cold se dur rahte hai, ye remedy aapke asthmatic patients hai unke liye bhi labhdayak hai. Agar hum morning mein ye remedy follow karte hai jo asthma ke patients hai vo kaafi hadd tak apne respiratory track ko healthy rakh sakte hai.
