Some tips to get rid of dark circles are:

  • Sleep well. Dark circles are mutual in people above 20 or those who sleep less or are fatigued. A stressful lifestyle can also lead to dark circles. Dark circles are predominant in old people but nowadays due to lack of sleep, stress it is common in adolescents as well as youngsters.
  • Meditate, chant ‘Om’, or do something that works as a stress buster for you. Stress is a major reason for dark circles.
  • Cut cucumber into small pieces and grind it; apply this paste on your face every day and watch your dark circles disappear.
  • Quit smoking and drinking, they are harmful to your health as well as your face.
  • Eat a well-balanced diet and loads of fruits and vegetables, they are good for your health and they also help in getting rid of dark circles.
  • Wash your eyes and face frequently.
  • Drink a lot of water to lighten the dark circles.
  • Place cotton balls dipped in cold water over your eyes. 
  • Keep used tea bags in the fridge until they are chilled. Place these chilled tea bags over your eyes for 10-15 minutes every day for reducing dark circles. 
  • Work out. Working out will help you stay in shape. If you are overweight, the dark circles under your eyes will be more predominant.
  • Apply potato juice or tomato juice on your dark circles to get rid of them.
  • Relax; try some breathing exercises to do away with those wretched the dark circles.
  • Apply aloe Vera gel under your eyes, every night before going to sleep.
  • Rosewater is also very effective in reducing dark circles. Soak some cotton balls in rose water and place over your eyes to do away with dark circles.
  • Another effective way to get rid of dark circles is to make a fine paste of mint leaves and apply it over your eyes.
  • Rub almond oil over your eyes before going to sleep.
  • Dab some lemon juice under your eyes with the help of cotton balls to lighten those dark circles.

Hence, these are some of the effective tips to reduce dark circles under your eyes. Follow them properly and watch those dark circles disappear.
