Hi Piles can lead to bleeding ,pain and swelling Conservative measures like sitting in warm water, taking high fibre diet and laxatives would give you temporary relief. Laser treatment /stapler surgery would give you permanent relief from your symptoms .its a 15 min surgery ,very little blood loss or pain.
