I have been suffering from diabetes last 2 years. Now my hba1c report is 6'3. I feel weakness frequently. I do regularly evening walk for 30 munits. You need to further control your blood sugar. Do this a diabetes diet simply means eating the healthiest foods in moderate amounts and sticking to regular mealtimes. A diabetes diet is a healthy-eating plan that's naturally rich in nutrients and low in fat and calories. Key elements are fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. You can take (moderate amount) grapes. Apples. Berries. Citrus fruits. Pineapple. Papaya. You should avoid sugar-sweetened beverages, Sugary beverages are the worst drink choice for someone with diabetes. Hello, Thanks for the query. There is no mention of fasting and pp glucose levels so I am unable to know whether you have diabetes atall. Because hba1c% 6.3, shows you are in prediabetic state. For diagnosing diabetes fasting glucose has to be 126 mg and above, pp 200 mg and above and hba1c% has to be 6.5 and above. Please let me know when your diabetes was diagnosed what were the above mentioned values? Another aspect is that with a bmi of 28.33 kgs/sq meter (normal < 23 kgs/sq meter) you are very close to be in grade 1 obesity. There is an excess of 12 kg plus weight. This needs to be reduced with reduction in diet and increasing exercise. Thanks.
