Hi, I having thyroid from last 5 6 year. Consuming 50 mg eltroxin regularly and 100 mg once a week but still my tsh is not stable from past 1 2 year yesterday test shown tsh level 7.90. Problem having increase in body size, fatigue, hair problem a lot. My personal life is also not stable a lot of family problem play cricket 4 5 days in week, using smart band steps average 1000-1100 steps a week.

Hi Lybrate-user, Uncontrolled thyroid can cause the trouble you mentioned. Take thyroid tablet on empty stomach and don't eat or drink anything except water for 30 minutes.
