lybrate-user, there no relation between covid-19 vaccination and small lump on collar bone. But you need to consult your doctor regarding cyst in left breast, as it needs proper evaluation now as it's already 2 years since your last consultation. That lump in breast needs to be assessed for any changes and treated accordingly.

The cyst on your breast needs consultation if it’s not subsiding or worsening. Sometimes post vaccination ,the lymph nodes on the same side as the site of vaccination get swollen for few weeks. Especially if you had fever after the vaccine. I know a patient who had a similar swelling post vaccination, which subsided in 2 weeks. If you have any other symptoms apart from the lymph node swelling, like fever or chills or worsening of the breast lump or breathlessness, you need consultation.
