Is it ok to take d'veniz 50 mg in the morning and ventab 25 mg + clofranil 50 mg at night for depression and anxiety will it have any side effects or affect my job?

Why take three antidepressants together and that too not in full doses? I suggest take lesser number of medicines and higher doses. Every medicine has some or the other side effects. But if you are not getting any side effects as of now then it’s fine. But reduce the number of antidepressants.

Dear lybrate-user, I am assuming you have started these medicines as advised by a psychiatrist, who might have prescribed them for a depressive/anxiety disorder. In that case, when you initiate antidepressants of this class, you might suffer minor symptoms like headaches or nausea. But after 1-2 weeks these symptoms usually don't cause trouble. That is also the time when the improvement in your mood and ability to work will begin to be seen. So, it is important to communicate any discomfort freely with your treating doctor and not start/stop medicines on your own. They can adjust the dosage to make you as comfortable as possible.
