Stop all medicines presently. Wait till frequency and consistency settles. Then inform. Can take 1 mg lopamide if needed to decrease stool frequency.

Don't make pressure. Medicine you mentioned are not helpful in your condition. Take syp ranidom mps when you feel gas.
