Take food supplement, arocap 1 time daily for 1 month, put eye drops, hydroxymethylcellulose 0.5% 2 times a day.Avoid excessive strain on your eyes

Get your eyesight checked by eye surgeon,have a good diet,do regular exercise,no need to take any medicine.

Can a Cataract operation once performed can be operated twice of the same eye and can lens be change ?

It is better to avoid such situation of performing second operation. Chances of post operative complication are more in second operation.

Sir i am from bangalore, i have problem in my leftt eye, so that while seeing through left eye is so much unclear, but my right eye was well and good.

You should go to eye surgeon for left eye checkup. Only after thorough examination of both the eyes can a doctor recommend any treatment or advice.
