Suspected is cervical spondilytis or neuropathy, have a mri of neck done along with ncv of both limbs.

Chances are you had rotator cuff injury, have a mri done, if its grade 2 tear or worst have surgery urgently else go for long term physiotherapy.

Hav boiled food with canola oil. Atleast 4 liter water. Try to do high frequency exercises for 30 min both time.
