Avoid oily and spicy foods avoid table salt do exercise 30 min daily continue the medicines which have been prescribed to u avoid physical and mental stress

Hello any history of diabetes or hypertension? take a good antacid. Avoid physical and mental stress. Consult an ent surgeon for chronic throat infection.
