Take the ripe banana and squeeze it. Then add the 5gm amalaki churna. Mix it well. And take it atleast once in a day.

Diuretic means medicine which is increase urine output. And it is useful for treatment of swelling and kidney related pathology. Only urimax is the diuretic.

Start the hingvastak 1-1 gm with warm water after food (2) start the suran thrice in the week, (3) Arshkuthar ras 2-2 tb with warm water.
