I bought a vitamin D tablet 60000 IU. It was prescribed by the doctor. I forgot about the dosage. Should I take them daily or weekly. I have hypothyroid. Tsh 12.

If you have vitamin D deficiency, you need to take it once a week for 8 weeks and then once a month.
