If fever is for five days or more, he should go for more tests. In this time of covid 19, he should get reports done for that. Please consult me for this.

My friend is 24 years old and having fever from the last 5 days. His temperature is around 102 & 103 night time. He is having the symptoms of high fever, little headache and tired all the time. We have done malaria & typhoid tests but the test reports were normal. Please let us know do we need to do more tests?

Is it possible to get a falsely elevated ejection fraction on echocardiogram? When I went for echo, my heart was palpitating and was beating fast. Ef came 62%. But I still have symptoms like fatigue and shortness of breath on exertion.
Is it possible that while palpitating my heart had good ejection fraction but when it will return to normal, I will have circulation problems again?
