You should not stop medicines rather you should decrease the dose of levipil to only evening dose. Also you should go for eeg to rule out hidden seizures in the brain.

Can be given but in powder form dissolved in the milk. Other dry fruit are also to be used. Fruits, green leafy vegetables along with dates to sharpen her mind.

Sleepy behavior is not normal. You should consult pediatric neurologist for non sedative medicines. Also you should practice yoga.
