At first, she should consult a gynaecologist. Go for usg to rule out the viability of the pregnancy. Then, after investigation treat accordingly.

At first, you should go for an ECG, thereafter medicine accordingly. It may be due to dehydration, fever etc. If required, cardiac reference can be done.

If your cycles are regular then possibility is less to be pregnant. But, if cycles are irregular then some possibility is there. U should do a urine pregnancy test.
