Yes. Mostly your teeth can be saved endodontically using post & core. Visit an endodontist. If the tooth broke severely then you can go for implant.

My Daughter is 11 years old and has overlapping gums on the back tooth of her mouth and she also has also and it hurts a lot.

Her teeth are erupting so it may be due to that. Consult a dentist or at best a Pedodontist for good opinion.

May be apthous ulcer. Take fruits and vegetables to supplement vitamins and minerals. Do consult a dentist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
