Your hbaic is 5.6 its too low you can target it near 6.5 I mean you can reduce dose of your drugs a bit and lower bp to 130 systolic.

In pregnacy you have to control your blood sugar with dier and may b insulin and fasting sugar target is around 80 to 90 mg and random 110 to 120 mg.
