Stable vitiligo do not need steroid tablets.. you can alternatively go for surgery for getting back pigmentation..

Hello melatonin has no role in breast enlargement. Only way to reduce breast size is liposuction or breast reduction procedure. Consult a certified plastic surgeon.

You have taken wrong dosage of flucanazole. Also the lotion belongs to same group as tablets so not preferred. Consult a certified dermatologist for proper treatment.
