If the fracture is not involving pulp you can get them filled. If there is pain and it is deep then go for Rct and caps.

This condition is gingivitis (gum infection). At home you can use salt water gargles every day. But visit a dentist and get scaling done.

U can't bring out pus just like that. Special root canal instruments designed for the same. But you can have antibiotics for fast healing.
